On November 23rd, siblings Jocelyn & Chris took a break from the road to join their band and special guests for a rare semi-acoustic set in front of an intimate audience at White Lake Studios in Upstate New York. This show, close to home and surrounded by family and friends, became One Night in November, a singularly raw and moving live acoustic album.
One Night in November debuts “Mercy Me,” a powerful, heartfelt new song written while touring earlier this year. Says Jocelyn, “This is one of my favorite original songs we’ve ever written. It’s about being completely at the mercy of the one you love, and also completely okay with that sense of devotion. What a feeling that is.”
The record also showcases reimagined versions of several previously released tracks from their 4 albums and 2 EPs, including their Billboard AAA Top 40 singles “Outta My Head,” which they performed earlier this year on NBC’s Today Show, and “Kill in the Cure,” which remained on the chart for 12 consecutive weeks this summer.
